I’m Terri Labrie, a St. Petersburg native and REALTOR® with Epique Realty, helping buyers and sellers throughout St. Petersburg and Pinellas County navigate real estate with experience, strategy and strong advocacy.

Licensed since 2007, I bring a unique background to my real estate practice. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent nearly 20 years working in the legal field, including personal injury, civil rights and corporate law. That experience taught me to pay attention to the details, anticipate potential problems, ask the right questions and advocate fiercely for the people who trust me to represent them.

Today, I work with clients at every stage of homeownership, including first-time homebuyers, sellers, relocations, downsizing and senior transitions, investment properties and luxury real estate. I also have extensive experience with distressed properties and complicated transactions where persistence, problem-solving and careful attention to the contract can make all the difference.

As a member of Epique Estates, the luxury division of Epique Realty, I have access to additional marketing resources, technology and expanded exposure for luxury properties. But regardless of price point, my approach remains the same: personalized guidance, straightforward communication and experienced representation from the first conversation through closing.

I hold the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designations, reflecting my commitment to providing knowledgeable representation to both buyers and sellers.
